South of Lake Balaton, in the majestic area of Nagy-Berek, we can find Buzsák. In this place there was already a settlement in the 16th century, it is no wonder that the village, which is now a tourist destination, boasts a rich cultural and ethnographic past. Our task was to make short films about the flourishing traditions, the dances of Buzsák, the motifs of the embroidery, and in a word the traditions of the village.
Not only amazing landscapes, buildings and memorabilia can spectators see, but also the people who nurture traditions and make them a part of everyday life, who have inherited, preserved, and passed on their strong identity. The presentation of Buzsák would not be complete without the presentation of the natural treasures of Nagy-Berek. Anyone who sees this film is sure to want to visit this gem of the southern corner of Lake Balaton.
