We created the new mobile client for the 'Kisokos' handyman/specialist finder application on behalf of Kisokos Média Kft., featuring a unique user interface.
The primary goal of the Kisokos application is to help users find suitable specialists for everyday household issues. In the application, alongside search, you will find several supporting features, including liking specialist accounts, saving profiles, highlighting one’s profile in the searches, rating, and viewing search history.
You can search for available specialists based on your selected location and keywords through a chatbot-like search feature. After the search query, you get a list of results. You can like specialists' profiles, and you can also find them later in your search history.
You can either register a personal or a specialist profile in the application. Transitioning from a personal account to a specialist account is simple, only requiring the input of additional business information. After registration, all functions become available.
When registering a specialist profile, you can purchase a highlight in a specified city and for specific keywords right at the end of the registration process. When highlighted, the profile appears prominently at the top of search results with a special card design that you can choose yourself.
The number of locations where you offer your services can be increased or decreased by editing your profile or during the highlighting process in the location selection section. Keywords can be edited similarly. You can purchase highlights for multiple locations and keywords and can manage and track them from your profile.
Profile information and settings can get updated at any time, and in the case of specialist accounts, you can also request to hide your profile. Rating specialists is only possible if you have contacted them. The rating field becomes active only after you have tapped the call button on the specialist’s page. This ensures that only genuine ratings get included in the system.
Throughout the development process, we maintained continuous communication with the client and made dynamic adjustments to the development tasks based on their feedback. The development also required expanding our development skills. We gained a deeper knowledge of the Flutter UI toolkit; updated and improved the existing system.
